You, as the recipient, have the right to print or keep a copy of the commission. However, you do not have the right to claim the art as your own or erase my watermark or signature. You may not distribute the image to any source (such as, but not limited to, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.) claiming the artwork or any raw files of the artwork as your own. If you are to share the commission, please provide a link that leads to my social media accounts or website. You may keep the picture for recreational use, such as a phone background, profile picture, poster, channel banner, or whatever you might like for your own personal use. However, you may not distribute my commission as a commercial product (mass-producing the art, like on mugs or t-shirts).

Upon commissioning, the process will be to pay 50% up front and 50% after you approve of the final image. Don’t pay the second half until you are satisfied – I will try my best to replicate what you have in mind. However, I also reserve the right to cancel the commission. If I cancel the commission, I will refund you any and all money you’ve paid. If you cancel the commission, I will keep the first up-front deposit (50% of the total cost).

​Please note that during the time between the first deposit and the final payment/product, you will be emailed watermarked non-HD thumbnails as examples of the process so we can communicate – you do not own these images, please do not distribute them at all!

***If the commission is canceled, you do not have the right to distribute the files or claim them as your own! Each pre-finalized file will be covered in a proof watermark and only the final product will have no watermarks, but it WILL have my signature!***

By depositing the down payment (50% up front) on your commission, you acknowledge that you may not mass-produce my art, claim it as your own, or erase my watermark/signature.
