My name is Brenna. I love all things beautiful.

The word “aesthete” is defined as a person who has a special affinity & appreciation for the arts, much like an “athlete” has a special affinity & appreciation for sports.
As such, I would say that I’ve been an aesthete for all of my life. From the moment I could hold a pencil, I was drawing; I’m 23 now. Always, always drawing. Always mesmerized by the design and aesthetics of all media I consumed.
My love for art manifested into a love for teaching. I teach multiple classes and run summer camps at Engage Art Studio, my home away from home. I am so lucky to say that when I wake up in the morning, I am excited to go to work. My favorite part of my job is how deeply I can connect with budding artists and guide them along their way. My goal is to host a positive, welcoming class atmosphere that allows students to reach their full artistic potential, and also reach maximum weirdness and silliness! My students are always encouraged to be their true selves in my class while learning how to achieve true results.
I specialize in digital art, but have extensive experience in traditional acrylic painting, oil painting, charcoal, pastels, inks, and more. I have 5+ years experience in professional illustration, 3+ years as an after-school instructor, and an Associates in Fine Arts with Summa Cum Laude.
